This Agreement is the entire agreement between Customer and VirtualTourPlus and supersedes prior agreements. The laws of Canada will govern this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other parts of this Agreement. BY USING ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY VIRTUALTOURPLUS, YOU MUST AGREE TO BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Money Back Guarantee At VirtualTourPlus, we take pride in our reputation of
reliability and are highly confident in our range of quality products and
services. We want to make sure our customers are equally satisfied. If you
decide that you are not completely happy, within 30-days of the activation
of your account, you will receive your money back – no questions asked. Terms In this Policy, unless otherwise defined the following terms have the
following meanings: "customer" means the purchaser of Services
from VirtualTourPlus. " End User Agreement Upon receipt of payment therefore, VirtualTourPlus will provide the Customer with the Services on its host computing systems for the non-exclusive use of the Customer. The Services are strictly provided "as is" and "as available" without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind whatsoever. The Customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this policies. The fees for the Services and the policies are subject to change at any time upon 30 days' notice at the sole discretion of VirtualTourPlus. VirtualTourPlus may, from time to time, modify any prices or charges (including late payment charges) for or any other term or condition relating to the Services provided that VirtualTourPlus gives the Customer at least 30 days advance written notice. The Customer shall have the option to continue the Services at the new price or charge or terminate the Services upon giving written notice to VirtualTourPlus prior to the expiration of the 30 day period referred to above. The Customer is responsible for all applicable charges for the Services as set forth in the pricing structure detailed on VirtualTourPlus.com. Invoicing for the Services will be delivered after the charge has been applied to the Customer's credit card. Invoices may be delivered by e-mail, fax or mail. Any interruption in the provision of the Services does not relieve the Customer from the obligation to pay all applicable charges. Additional fees may be levied for NSF payments, reactivations, terminations and changes of service. If the Customer commits any default under this policy the Customer agrees to reimburse VirtualTourPlus for all reasonable expenses (including collection fees and legal costs on a solicitor and own customer basis) incurred by VirtualTourPlus in enforcing its rights under this policy. The provision of the Services will be terminated if: VirtualTourPlus may immediately terminate the Services without notice in the event the Customer commits any act of default under any term of this policy, including but not limited to the events such as: Any use by the Customer of the Services for purposes other than those for which they are intended or conduct by the Customer or unauthorized use of VirtualTourPlus system resources that results in any disruption of the normal use of VirtualTourPlus's system constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the Services. Examples, but are not limited to: spawning dozens of processes; consuming excessive amounts of memory or CPU for long periods of time; spamming or mass e-mailing using any VirtualTourPlus system; illegal, criminal or malicious activities; the transmission of any material in violation of any international, national, or municipal law or regulation, copyrighted material, threatening, offensive or obscene material and material protected by trade secret; the unauthorized use of photographs, images; any activity VirtualTourPlus in its sole discretion determines is offensive or unethical or otherwise damaging to other customers, users of the Internet, VirtualTourPlus 's networks and systems or its reputation; the propagation, support for, creation of or deliberate attacks by any virus or worm; the giving false information to VirtualTourPlus; the storage of illegal software, images and designs that the Customer does not have the right to use, the use of any type of IRC or proxy, the storage and use of any type of software intended for hacking or cracking purposes and the storage or sale of bulk e-mail lists intended for spamming or resale purposes; the modification of, or tampering with, files not owned by the user and any attempt to examine files not normally available to Customers; any attempt to use system resources not normally available to Customers; any attempt to alter the security of the system or to impede the normal functioning of thereof; any attempt to violate or affect the rights of others; any attempt to make or distribute materials or publications that are threatening or defamatory or otherwise injurious to the business or reputation of others; and any attempt to violate the law. Either the Customer or VirtualTourPlus may terminate the Services at any time upon giving the other not less than one clear calendar month's notice in writing. All prepaid fees will be forfeited. Software is intellectual property of VirtualTourPlus. This Agreement does not give Customer any intellectual property rights in the Software. The Customer agrees not to make any attempt to discover or obtain the source code for the Software.In subscribing for the Services the Customer represents and warrants to VirtualTourPlus that he or she holds all required licenses and is otherwise duly authorized under all applicable laws to act on behalf of third parties in connection with real estate transactions including but not limited to the purchase, sale and financing of real property and the giving of advice in connection therewith. VirtualTourPlus accepts no liability or responsibility in connection with the subscription of Services by persons who are not so licensed or authorized. Email Policy Domain Name Registration VirtualTourPlus's role in the registration of a customer domain name is limited to the submission of the customer's request for registration to the appropriate Domain Name Registrar. Upon registration the Customer will be subject to the terms and conditions of registration imposed by the Registrar. VirtualTourPlus provides no assurance that a particular application for a domain name will be accepted or approved. Each individual domain name constitutes a single submission. All changes to the original application must be made by the Customer directly to the Registrar and not to VirtualTourPlus.Privacy Policy
VirtualTourPlus

information you submit. We
have accepted and follow the principles established by the Canadian
Standards Association's Model Code. Before
collecting your personal information we explain to you the purpose of
collecting it and obtain your consent. Our

secure and is not disclosed to anyone outside of VirtualTourPlus without your
consent, unless required by law. You have the

basis and to establish a long-lasting relationship with you that will grow
and change to meet your needs. With your permission, we collect Personal
information about you to identify you; maintain a relationship with you, and to provide you with better service;
protect you, and us, against error and fraud; comply with legal requirements.
VirtualTourPlus
has developed processes and procedures to keep your Personal information
safe and secure. We have appropriate safeguards in place depending on the
sensitivity of the information. We are committed to maintaining the
accuracy of your personal information for as long as it is being used for
the purposes we have identified. To help us keep your personal information
up-to-date, we encourage you to notify us of inaccuracies or corrections
as often as you wish. If you identify any incorrect or outdated
information requiring amendment, please contact us. We may ask you to put
your request for a correction in writing. With
concerns, or complaints about privacy or personal information. We will
inform you of our complaint procedures and will assist you in resolving
the situation. If a complaint is justified, appropriate measures will be
taken. Customer
grants a license to VirtualTourPlus to use non-personal data that resides on
the VirtualTourPlus Agent system in ways necessary to deliver the
VirtualTourPlus
solution. Your
personal information may also be used to create statistics about
VirtualTourPlus's
business. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT WILL VirtualTourPlus BE LIABLE FOR, AND THE CUSTOMER HEREBY RELEASES VirtualTourPlus AND ITS EMPLOYEES FROM, ANY LOSS, COST, DAMAGES OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER ARISING OUT OF ANY MATTER OR THING RELATING TO THE PROVISION BY VirtualTourPlus OF THE SERVICES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS, COST OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY INTERRUPTION OR SUSPENSION THEREOF FOR ANY REASON.CONTENT
You must evaluate, and bear the
risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any
Content. VirtualTourPlus shall not be responsible for any Content.
VirtualTourPlus does not prescreen or monitor all Content as a matter
of policy, but VirtualTourPlus shall have the right, but not the
responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in sole discretion
harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any
rules VirtualTourPlus has in place at the time. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Visitor of the
VirtualTourPlus expressly agree that use of VirtualTourPlus is at
your own risk. VirtualTourPlus shall not be responsible to you for any
content found on VirtualTourPlus. VirtualTourPlus expressly
disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
VirtualTourPlus makes no warranty that VirtualTourPlus will be
timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does
VirtualTourPlus make any warranty as to the results that may be
obtained from the use of VirtualTourPlus or as to the accuracy or
reliability of any information obtained through VirtualTourPlus. No
advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from
VirtualTourPlus shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You
understand and agree that any content obtained through the use of
VirtualTourPlus is done at your own discretion and risk and that you
will be solely responsible for any damages that results of such content.
To the full extent permissible under the applicable law,
VirtualTourPlus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or
inability to use VirtualTourPlus or for the cost of procurement of
substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services
purchased or obtained through your use of the VirtualTourPlus
classified ads system.
VirtualTourPlus reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time without prior notice. The Customer acknowledges that it has read the policy in effect as at the date hereof.
